Mama Da's fronting the Aglipayan church in Torres (good old home cooking but viands are priced at 40), Mang Del's if you like to eat kambing (their sinampalukan is really good!) and this bulaluan at Guerrero, beside DPWH, is where i go if gusto ko lumamon! bon appetit! Love the red iced tea. Basti's is starting to loose the good taste.. its just a good place to hang out and use free wifi! Dulce Manos Café.. haven't been there.. letz eatz der one of this days!
