Matt on cooking tsatziki

Posted on 26 November 2008 by Blogie in Recipe  |  2054 views, 2 today

I have always loved Mediterranean food. And I am a food blogger who uses WordPress. Imagine my delight seeing a video blog post of Mr. WordPress himself, cooking a Greek delicacy!

It’s called Tsatziki — a cucumber-garlic-yogurt dip that’s great with pita bread or even good ol’ Doritos.

Here are the ingredients:

  • 2 cups pressed Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 cloves pressed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • diced dill
  • salt & pepper
  • Digg
  • Facebook
  • Mixx
  • Google Bookmarks
  • Reddit
  • StumbleUpon
  • SphereIt
  • Technorati
  • Tumblr
  • Ratimarks
  • Ping.fm
  • Twitter

@RJ — Hmmm… I doubt it. But why don’t you give it a try? Maybe you could invent a new taste! ;)

It’s nice to see famous people doing “regular” stuff. Reminds us mere mortals that they are really just like us.
