I ate at your restaurant about 6-7 weeks ago, and was very dissapointed.


I was there with 3 other friends, and i order sushi, and some noodle-soup for around 1000 peso total.The Noodle-soup was good, but, the sushi was horrible,

The fish-meat looked old, and tasted old. It was like it had been laying done for hours, waiting for customers to come. It wasnt fresh at all. (We came at around 8pm, on a saturday). Ive had excellent Sushi at Abreeza, and at Marco Polo Hotel before here in Davao City.


How can you serve that kind of sushi? On your images on your website, the sushi looks flawless, but in reality its really poor.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been to your store in SM North Edsa more than twice.. There is no question on the Taste and quality of Lavazza coffee. 

But the thing is... Your service is not at par with than brand your carrying.. Your people needs a lot of training on Customer Service And  common courtesy. 

The reason I say this is of all my visits in your store I have yet to receive a prompt answer at the counter, they seems to be always busy in the kitchen. It&#039;s like the customer is a burden or an interruption to what they are busy with...

They also seem to have &quot;Preferred customers&quot;, I totally understand that you have regular customers that are familiar to them.  But for you to be able to build your customer base, you need to also attend to New customers and hopefully  convert those to regular customers...

Essentially, what I am saying is... Your staff should be able to learn basic courtesies such as, greeting your customers, at least try to look attentive to their needs, anticipate customers needs...

Very basic customer service procedures....</description>
