Of all the eat-all-you-can-crab buffet restaurants that have sprouted all over Davao City, Let’s Crab Eat! is one of the best in town.
They serve crab in two types of sauce: Szechuan and Sate. Personally, I prefer the former — the taste is more agreeable and the crab meat is still moist. The Sate Crab on the buffet, you see, was a bit too salty for me. And I think it was overcooked when I was there because most of the meat was stuck to the shell. The Szechuan Crab, on the other hand, was just perfect.
The crab on the buffet were quite big, although some of my friends said they’ve seen even bigger ones before. I wish I’d taken more pictures, but I didn’t want to get my camera soiled while I was eating crab. (Or more precisely, I couldn’t stop stuffing my face!) Which reminds me: I wish the owners would provide bowls of water (infused with lime or even calamansi) for dipping your hands after eating. Or at least hot towels?

Let’s Crab Eat! serves buffet Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. For crab and the other dishes and desserts, you shell out only ₱395 per person!
People go to the place for crab, that’s for sure. But their other offerings are quite good, too. I think they change their menu constantly, so that each time you go there on a weekend, they have different items on the buffet table. If I remember right, they have about 3 main courses, plus the crab, which are mainstays.
I tried their Baby Back Ribs (in between servings of crab) and it was very tender and tasty. I like ribs when the meat falls off the bone!
Aside from the main courses, they also have separate buffet tables for appetizers and desserts. And you get quite a number of choices, too.
The people behind this crab place are the same ones who run New Asia Restaurant on Villa-Abrille Street. That one’s been in Davao for generations.
Let’s Crab Eat! is a big restaurant and quite cozy. Their waitstaff are attentive, always ready to clear the table for your next batch of crab!
They’re open everyday for lunch (11:00am to 2:00pm) and dinner (6:00pm to around 10:00pm). Free Wi-Fi available.

I went to this restaurant, the ambiance is good, the foods most esp the crabs is so yummy & big. I like also the leche flan, taste delicious. Hmmm but one thing 395p is too expensive for the food they serve coz I think they only serve 5 to 6 viands… less dessert & fruits
AGREE! the price is a bit too much with what they can offer.
what i really what to know is: is this emmy-and-rodney endorsed?
never mind whether its emmy or grammy endorsed…
as a matter of fact, i do mind.
Hi Sonny. I’ve asked Rodney to comment here. Let’s wait for his feedback.
heheh.. joke lang oi! but say hi to them for me anyway.
I will! Rodney’s super busy these days, though, kaya siguro di pa nya napo-post ang comment nya about this resto…
the Szechuan crabs were good as well as the steamed dory…the others that they served were not so impressive…the pork ribs in red sauce was tough. service was poor. had to call the attention of the waitress for our utensils as well as for drinks. they also dont change your spoon and fork when they clear your table of your used plate while your getting your second fill…i had to wipe my spoon and fork handles. they also dont provide a bowl for the crab shell. i agree Blog that they should provide water or hot towel for free…was surprised that you have to pay for the hot towel there.

Hi there, Charito. Thanks for your comment! May I ask, where is “eco 4000″?
