Ume Chazuke

I really enjoyed the Japanese rice used in Nonki’s ochazuke. Mixed with nori strips and wasabi, and soaked in tea, this dish is one helluva comfort food. The ume (plum preserves) added a nice contrasting taste with its mouth-watering sourness.
