The Marco Polo, Davao is incontestably the premier luxury hotel in Davao City to date. Naturally, they offer the best in fine-dining experiences — from Western fare at the Eagles Bar to Cantonese cuisine at the Lotus Court. And now, the newest addition to the Marco Polo’s culinary offerings is Polo Bistro.
